Scaling Trust: From Supplier To Strategic Partner
Extensive Manufacturing Capabilities Enabling the Future of Healthcare
At Elevaris Medical Devices, we’re committed to customer collaboration. We apply our deep knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to deliver precision solutions.
Like any relationship, supplier relationships have to be built on trust. Elevaris Medical Devices leverages a proven legacy of knowledge, collaboration, trust, and solutions orientation to help customers enable the future of healthcare and improve global health.
Manufacturing precision medical components and procedural needles requires an exacting level of expertise and commitment. Medical device suppliers need development and engineering experts who can apply extensive manufacturing capabilities as their CDMO partners to help deliver precision solutions and next-generation medical devices.
“It’s one thing for a customer to understand that we can provide made-to-spec product, but it’s a next-level conversation and experience that helps them fully understand how we can meet their supplier requirements ‘to a T’ and ensure that they can support delivery of quality patient care with confidence. We understand and appreciate the rigor our customers have around their production and delivery processes, and we pride ourselves on providing unparalleled support to their brands.”

As just one example, Elevaris was able to establish deep trust and reliability through its pharmaceutical supply services to one of the largest providers of medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions serving all points of care. Eventually, Elevaris expanded its service to the customer to include procedural kit fulfillment.
Over time, the company also expanded the relationship to periodically source needles from Elevaris. Then, when it needed to secure a secondary supplier for one of its divisions, the company’s leadership was willing to consider expanding its relationship with Elevaris even further to include made-to-spec manufacturing.
As part of the expansion, it was important that Elevaris Medical – as a secondary supplier – could provide product that could not be distinguished from the company’s primary supplier. To assure its customer that could happen, Elevaris, invited the customer to tour its South Korea facility and witness first-hand the company’s approach to ensure consistency, quality, reliability, and clinical satisfaction.
With the tour, the customer immediately became a team of believers. The med supply company evaluated Elevaris on a stringent set of supplier metrics, including lead times, quality control, and on-time deliveries, and was decidedly ready to move forward with Elevaris as a dedicated supplier.
“From the striking cleanliness of the environment to our quality control systems, the customer expressed how easy it was to see why we have so much pride in our operations and why we can be trusted as a supplier partner,”

LEADING WITH EXPERTISE TO ENABLE INNOVATION
Convinced by Elevaris Medical’s exceptional service, the company quickly became interested in understanding how the manufacturing work could expand to development work for another of its divisions.
“Based on the quality of product we produced, they were especially interested in beginning work to develop a customized needle for a separate division,” Lents said. “They trusted that Elevaris could deliver exceptional quality to their sister line.”
The medical supply company was in pursuit of a partner that could design and develop a customized needle hub that would provide the tactility its physician customers demanded. After collaborating on a feasibility assessment, the Elevaris team deployed Engineering resources to develop pre-production samples that the company then measured against its rigorous set of qualitative metrics to ensure needle functionality.
“The thoroughness of our approach allows us to work with marquee partners from concept to production to ensure that our customers and their customers are prepared to deliver quality patient care and comfort,” Lents Said
