Subject: Additional Rebranding Information
We wanted to provide our customers more details on our adoption of the Elevaris brand and what it means for operations going forward. In approaching this process, we had a goal of rebranding with as little disruption to our customers as possible.
What is changing?
Top Level Brand – When we talk about the company going forward, it will be as Elevaris, rather than Spectra or XL PT.
Logo and Marketing - To the extent they have branding now, the logos on the marketing materials and labeling we provide will eventually be updated to the Elevaris brand. Marketing material content will discuss the company as a unified whole. Prior to changing the logo on any product labeling, we will engage with each customer to ensure a smooth transition process. Logo changes are the only expected changes to product labeling.
Website and Emails – Over the next few months, our websites will merge and become elevarismedical.com and our email addresses will be updated; but don’t worry, anything sent to the old addresses will make it to us.
What is not changing?
Manufacturer of Record – Both Spectra Medical Devices, LLC and XL PT Ltd. continue to exist as entities under the same names, continue to hold regulatory approvals as necessary and will continue to be listed as the manufacturers on their applicable product labeling. By design, this branding change should not require new quality agreements, significant regulatory filings, or other heavy QARA lifts.
Product Quality and Characteristics – We will keep making the same great products we have in the past, no changes are anticipated in product specifications beyond logo updates to the extent applicable.
Contracting Party - You will still contract with and be billed by the entities as they exist today – the logo on the invoices will change, but the corporate party remains the same. New contracts are not necessary.
Tax IDs - No new W-9s are necessary, as the contracting entities and their Tax IDs remain the same.
