HaeWon Shin to Lead Global Efforts, Oversee Sustainability Initiatives
Boston — Sept. 8, 2026 — Elevaris Medical Devices, a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization for industry-leading, multi-national healthcare companies, announced the appointment of HaeWon Shin to the expanded role of ESG Global Leader. Shin will both lead global ESG efforts for the company and oversee the company's global sustainability initiatives based on ISO standards and EcoVadis frameworks.

Shin integrates ERP system optimization with sustainable business strategies to define and drive global growth for Elevaris. Since joining the company in 2017, she has led NetSuite ERP system implementations and product cost management, playing a pivotal role in maximizing operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decisions.
Shin’s earlier career included roles in global marketing and business development at McCann Worldgroup and Steelcase, equipping her with exceptional intercultural communication skills. She earned her bachelor’s in fine arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She also holds ESG management certifications from the Korea Productivity Center.
